Anonymous created an issue

Crash happened when I clicked the red X to close the window after, two failed add *.mak glob attempts - no update in the filters window in either attempt.

It is possible the issue was caused by Windows Offline Files "Sync" of a network drive, which appears to have some errors as it failed to synch after disconnecting and reconnecting from the network with my laptop on and files open & software running. Everything was fine until I noticed I couldn't edit my .hgignore file, then I tried to edit it with the "Forget Filter" and it crashed. Might want to test with Windows Offline Files (Windows 7), of course it looks to me like there's nothing to test for TortoiseHg as Windows offline files goofed..
