Too smal icons in the sync dialog

See the difference: upper one is the shelve dialog, lower one is the sync dialog

This was done purposefully to save room horizontally on the toolbar. Also, the toolbar looks quite odd when the square buttons are 3x taller than the push buttons.

I'm open to the toolbar buttons being made full-size, but it has to be part of a layout change that doesn't make the dialog worse than it already is.

Umm.. then why do you use big icons everywhere, and small ones only in the sync dialog? Oh, now I see, you use then in the manifest window too. I suppose the icons should be same every where. Or at least be the same size in the separate dialog windows (I just cant see the difference between the icons when they are so small). Moreover, why do you make "shelve util" to be a link, and not a button?:) I suppose we should just read some UI guidelines. Smth like this at least http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa511328.aspx Going to read it an a couple of days

    sync: layout improvements (close #108)

    • move p4pending into the toolbar where it belongs, as it's a command action
    • move options widgets into the toolbar proper using separators
    • disable the stop button at startup, like it should have always been
    • move URL editing widgets into a group box to isolate them logically
