Unable to push new Repo to new location after renaming branches (from workbench)

System: Win7 x64, SP1

What I did:

1) Create new Repo 2) Initial Import to Default, including lengthy hg.ignore (Latex Project) 3) New Branch: Master 4) Close Default branch 5) Went to HG Workbench 6) Clicked Button to push Changes 7) Error Message:

    Append: Did not enter URL in synchronization view. Entering URL correctly prevented error. Chrash occured on both push-related buttons (detect outgoing changesets and push changeset), Missing URL got correctly reported on both pull related buttons.
