Issue #2288 duplicate

Start TortoriseHG give WindowsError: [Error 5] Access is denied, and thats it

I just down loaded tortoisehg-2.6.0-hg-2.4-x64.msi and installed. Next I started it and get the below first thing and thats it.

I cannot find a work-around for this. What can I do.
