At the time of the crash I'd been using the Filter toolbar to filter by keyword and swapping between filtering by branch.
Clicking OK on the bug report dialog closed the dialog but then it was opened again. I repeated this a bunch of times and then had to click Quit to close TortoiseHg Workbench. (Maybe this is expected behaviour but seemed odd so I mentioned it.)
