I can't sync with game

Hi, It's been a while since I've used your application and it's been great. I have returned after a lapse of time, and downloading it on a new PC I can not get it to synchronize with the game. The only thing that shows in the app is how much gil I have. -Not reads retainers -Do not load the prices of the objects (don't show it in a destopkt -It does not show the window popup of the objects. I have opened the retainers to load but there was no result. I am using Screen Mode: Bordeless Windowed. I attached the configuration of the app. Thanks ^^
