Since g2g aggregates metrics for specific period (
carbon.interval_seconds), it is useful to have not only the mean latency for the period, but also max value of latency during this period. This PR implements new metric namedlatency.max_timefor this purpose.Here you can see that there are some timestamps when mean latency is low, but max latency within the period is very high.
