Tagging Exceptions: white space in front of word "skin"

A phrase like ".. skin" is the same with single word"..skin", these two need to be merged and be decided which one to show up in the front end.

A list of these words can be found in the attribute dictionary online google doc under the 'Exceptions' tab.
