Unable to start add-on in 7.13.0 after upgrade from 7.0.5.

Ver 1.1.15 Valid license. - test environment. This app failed to enable. Refer to the logs for more information.

Here you do have another issue at hand: please post the exact stacktrace in a new issue , but I suspect you have some other preventing your jira instance to correctly start
