NPCBOTS aggro through objects/map

NPC bots seem to aggro through stuff. For example, I was running magisters terrace and the bots aggroed the mobs (and boss) at the bottom of the bridge during the beginning of the instance. They ran through the floor and started attacking without me first aggroing the NPCs

Did that happen in or out of combat?

My bots also go through floors when attacking. Sometimes when they catch up to the fight or when they’re too far away they will teleport to me and fight from under the floor.

The role ranged makes support roles kite the enemy and because of that sometimes the monsters go underground or underfloor where I cant even find or attack them.
