Bot falling through the ground

First of all - great work!!

I've compiled the trinitybots with a recently pulled version of trinitycore - they work really well. There is however one issue: They often disappear by falling through the ground. I have vmaps and mmaps enabled (maybe that has an effect).

    There was a TC commit which changed Map::GetHeight() function to make flying creatures fall to the ground after death. Many people have encountered a problem with creatures falling underground (especiallty in ICC, where we have higher and lower levels), but for some reason this commit wasn't reverted.

    Here is the patch. I always use it and don't have such problem.

    @trickerer Thanks! Why don't you do a PR on trinitycore removing that (and detailing that it causes problems)?
