Feature Request: Show Windows Notifications from local PC

It would be nice if Holocom could show notifications from the PC which it is running on. Windows 10 has a notification center, I imagine there is a Windows API that can be used to detect and read from the notification center. With Holocom, I can get Discord notifications from my phone, but they also come through my PC, so it would be nice to be able to just get them from there.
