If somehow the VR client loses the connection to Holobridge, it cannot reconnect

Expected result

The VR client should be able to reconnect to Holobridge

Actual result 

It fails to reconnect and stays in an endless loop of reconnection attempts

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Holobridge
2. Start VR client
3. Wait until VR connected to Holobridge
4. Restart Holobridge
