Steps to Reproduce:

1. Disconnect phone app
2. Record a video or take a snapshot
3. Reconnect the phone to the PC

Expected result:
The recorded media has been synced with the mobile gallery.

Actual result:

The recorded media has not been synced with the mobile gallery.
