I’ve followed all the troubleshooting on the FAQ, allowing the app through the firewall on my PC (Win 10)
I’ve tried disabling the firewall completely and it still won’t work either from the QR code or finding the device on the network. My iPhone can connect to my pc via Bluetooth as I’ve tried pairing them to see if that would fix the issue.
I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and if my PC system info file will be of use then I can attach it to the ticket upon request.
I’ve launched Steam as an Admin and that still doesn’t help fix the issue with pairing my phone to the windows app. I’m using the latest versions as of 07/01/2022 (DD/MM/YYYY)
Steps to reproduce:
- Launch the App via Steam
- Start app on iPhone

Connect the devices
- Wait for devices to find each other on the network (This fails)
- Connect via scanning the QR code on iPhone

Fresh Holoswitch install via Steam solved the issue.

thanks for reaching out to us!
For your setup the mobile app needs to be connected via your network AND via bluetooth to receive notifications. In this case I think only the network connection is causing this issue.

Please also notice: You don’t need to connect your iPhone to your PC via Bluetooth manually. Please remove the recent pairings. Our mobile app is doing this for you.
