No notification

Didn't get a notification popup while tabbed out (or the text). Unsure why. This particular time the QR code popped up in the top left corner instead of in the middle. Been using ver. 1.4 all day and other times the code was in the middle.
Let me know if you need the screenshot, file's too big for this and I'm being too lazy to downsize it.
Attaching log file but it shows up as modified at around 1pm and this just happened (6:40pm).

Well, I can reproduce it with your screenshot. I have no explanation other than the QR code reading library didn't like that particular image. As a test, I've moved the QR code in a few pixels to give the white box a small border of in-game background. Maybe that will fix it? Just a guess. Let me know how 1.6+ works for you.
