Freezing at a specific line

After Arsene's chapter (Queen's Invitation), when Sherlock and Kobayashi meet up at Cosmo World, the game freezes after Nero's second line. It's a blank box with no text, but the voice is still present. After she's done, the game freezes and the only way out is the Home button. If you use the R button to bypass it, you can continue, but if you play the empty box, the game freezes too.
