Merge wall UI into the CAS UI

Stacey Haffner created an issue

The UI's are completely different for editing the walls and CAS items. This is a confusing experience for our users and makes it so that the walls do not take advantage of the improved swatch features.

    I think the two UI's are pretty well merged so that they are the same as they can be given that there are some differences between walls and CAS. If everyone is in agreement I think we can mark this issue resolved.
