Custom catalog thumbnails

We have also had requests to edit the entire catalog thumbnail itself. If we approached it this way the creator could design their own thumbnail and add an icon directly to that thumbnail if they wanted. Or we could do both thumbnail edit and an additional icon overlay. Either way works.

It looks like EA nixed their own icons so it's probably best to plan on custom thumbnail at least for now as discussed in chat. Upgrading to major because people are really starting to ask for this feature and the only way to do it now involves a painful flog with s4pe and the game's cache or something.
