Autotools version requirement

First of all, this isn't really a task, but I wasn't sure where else to get some feedback.

Simple question: What are the minimum requirements of autoconf, automake, and libtool to install liberasurecode?

I'm getting various issues trying to install it on a FreeBSD system, and was wondering if this could be the reason.
