Settings are cut off at the bottom

Issue #17 new
Damian Yerrick created an issue

Environment:

  • em-fceux version: 0.3.0-alpha
  • Browser versions: Firefox 39.0+build5-0ubuntu0.14.04.1; Chromium 43.0.2357.130-0ubuntu0.14.04.1.1092
  • Operating system: Xubuntu 14.04
  • Computer: Dell Inspiron mini 1012 (Atom N450 CPU, whose IGP does not support WebGL)

The settings opened by the triangle at the left side of the screen are not scrollable. This means some settings cannot be reached at all when the window is 480 pixels tall, as on some 10" laptop computers when the browser window is maximized but not put into full screen with F11.

  1. Click the triangle at the left side of the screen
  2. Notice that all settings appear in a single pane, and some options are cut off at the bottom
  3. Look for a scrollbar

Expected: settings are broken into panes selected by tabs, or scrollbar is present, or both

Actual: No scroll control

Very good point. Scrollbar would be easiest solution. Eventually the settings tab should be redesigned.
