Games not loading on Chrome

Recently the emulator has not loaded any games past their first frame of the display. I have first thought it was the pause button pre activating. However, once you select one game, it will freeze the entire website and not allow game change. I'm not wonderful in any coding so I could use any assistance.

I can't see this problem on Chrome 66.0.3359.181 (macOS 10.13.5 Beta, MacBook Pro). Which Chrome version, OS and device? Does it work on Firefox or some other browser on your device?

Further question, do you get this on https://tsone.kapsi.fi/em-fceux/ or https://tsone.kapsi.fi/em-fceux-asmjs/ or on both? (Former uses WebAssembly, latter asm.js)

(Hi its the same guy but a year later) It has the same issue on both asm.js and the former. A more detailed description: When you load any game (for my example I will use the 2048 game) it will load the ROM file but will freeze at frame 1. After further exploration I found after clearing Cache is managed to work for a few weeks until once again it had the same problem. I am running it on a https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/thinkpad/11e-and-chromebooks/20GF-MT/p/22TP2TX152E20GF and I am also on Chrome 77 11151.
