Define look + feel of sp-theme on new install

The user should be exposed to some default structure to introduce them to SmartPost. The default structure should contain:

• A login/logout menu item with "My Profile", and "Dashboard" sub-menu items
• A sidebar with the following widgets in the follow order: 1) Search widget 2) SP Post Settings 3) SP Post Tree
• A static home page
• An about page
• Category section - i.e. "Assignments" with sub-menu items?
• SP QP widget in category mode
