mobile + tablet compatibility

Creating a ticket to keep track of this. Will eventually have to get to a point where SP is mobile + tablet compatible. Slated for 2.1 or 2.2?

A few issues:

Drag and drop components in edit mode
Via @chris_rogers : When I want to add a picture on my phone, I have to: 1. scroll up 2. click menu (assuming autologin) 3. select post 4. click post I would like just a single click. If you cannot figure out the scrolling issue - then lets put it at the bottom of the page...
