Consolidate photo + gallery components

If I upload a picture and then hit load file again it should add a new picture area with the new picture rather than delete the first one.

Should consolidate the photo component with the gallery component?
If a user uploads 1 photo - it should be displayed by itself, otherwise if multiple images are involved, it should be displayed in gallery mode. There might be some UI challenges transition between the two.

"Gallery" and "Photo" components should be consolidated.
If a single photo is uploaded, it should be rendered as a large photo - if more than one photo gets uploaded, then then it should be displayed as some gallery.
- Going between "gallery" mode to "single" mode
- How is the gallery mode displayed? Is it a bunch of thumbnails with the first image being the original? Can users then scroll through the thumbnails, click on one, and that becomes the "large" photo?

The photo and gallery components for now work, in later versions we will look at consolidating the components.

This isn't a bug - you can do this using the "Gallery" component instead of the "Photo" component. The Photo component is exactly that - a single photo with a caption.
