Former user created an issue

I tried to add 3 pictures on my iPhone - it started the upload then showed 3 of the same picture. I hit "Post" before the upload was totally done (it said 100% but the spinner was still spinning) - so only two images were uploaded - an when I go to the site, it showed two different images not two of the same....
