is it possible to let the user decide which custom fields are added to the SLA report? We would create a "global" Excel report and later filter based on existing custom fields (e.g. reported issues by mandant and solved by department xy).

This would give us a huge flexibility to design SLA reports.

    Sorry for the late response.

    This feature was added with the latest version of TTS.
    Please upgrade to 6.25.0 version for JIRA 7.x or 5.30.0 version for JIRA 6.x
