KanBan board slow with Time to SLA on card

We are using Jira v 7.16 with latest version of Time to SLA 6.14.0. On one specific board with around 300 open tickets and SLA displayed on every card it takes around 30 seconds to load the page.. This seems to block tables so that other services stop functioning correctly within Jira.. When removing the SLA from the cards it loads within 699ms.

    Thanks for keeping us notified about the problem.
    I really do not know much about Kanban boards and their way of working.
    The problem with JIRA's default issue view for custom fields is that it calls custom field's code 5 times for every single hit. I mean, if you just want to browse an issue, JIRA calls custom field's code 5 times. That's why we impelemented a caching mechanism for the same page request. But in JIRA 7 something changed and I realised that this caching is not working after JIRA 7.1.

    With this issue, we'll be fixing this problem but I do not know whether it will have an effect on Kanban board.
    By the way, are any of TTS fields visible in Kanban boards? Or even they are not visible, it takes lots of time to display the board.

    As I mentioned, I do not know much about Kanban boards, but I'll try to do my best to fix this issue, and starting with fixing the caching is a good idea.
    It will be ready within the next release.
