Send notification to custom field email through Time To SLA add-on

We have a custom field in our JIRA project tickets called "Owner" which has value as JIRA users in our org. We would like the notification feature to be able to send notifications to whatever is the value of that custom field "Owner"

    Hi Jimy,

    Thanks for the ticket. I think in your case "Owner" custom field holds only one user at a time.
    Should the field hold multiple users as well?

    I'm glad to announce that this feature is immediately added to Time to SLA Plugin.
    You can find this feature if you upgrade your add-on to the latest one (version 5.24.0 for JIRA 6.x and version 6.19.0 for JIRA 7.x)

    I see the field now, thanks Tuncay. However, I don't seem to get the notifications after I configured the notifications. I wonder if there is a way to do a screen share with someone from your group to troubleshoot this?​

    Hello Jimy,

    Could you please give us more details, about your SLA definition and notifier definition?

    Sure we can do a screen share but tomorrow is a national holiday.

    I wanted to send notification when the SLA is violated. I was using 0 in the "notify before" field, but figured out that I need to use 0m instead.

    I haven't tried it yet, but if I want to send a notification after 2 days of SLA violation, do I enter -2d in the "notify before" field?​
