I found several issues on this but nothing recent and I was wondering if this is (still) on the roadmap?
We need to be able to add custom fields to the SLA reports as we intend to use the Excel export further (e.g. in Power BI or Tableau).
What we need most urgently:
- Reporter (of the ticket)
- Domain of Reporter (custom field)
However, there might be others that will be useful in future.
I've set this to critical as we need this to fulfill our reporting needs. If this can be done by customization, I'm happy to do so (e.g. add them static, not via drag and drop/front end selection)
Please let me know what's possible on short term.
