If SLA target is Negotiation Date Field and the field is a Date field (without hh:mm), then Time-to-SLA will use 00:00:00 am as the threshold of SLA timeout - but to us, 12:00pm is more reasonable to be the targeted time.
For example, when a task's targeted end date is Apr. 28, that could mean the task should be completed within Apr. 28 before the closing hour of the day, instead of in the very early morning of the day (00:00) before business hour (usually 9:00am).
Can you please adjust the logic of this time value of Negotiation Date Field?

    Thanks for the ticket.
    Actually using datetime field rather than date field would be wise in this case. Because we do not have a chance to see whether hour part is given via the user, or it is automatically added to the date info.

    However, we'll check whether we can do anything.

    Could you please set 12:00pm as the default hour of a Date field? As now it's using 00:00am as the default hour value, I think there must be a way to change it.

    Thank you so much for accepting my request for the new feature. I have installed the latest version. But I'm not sure if I'm using it right? Is it correct to just input the targeted time I want in the box? It seems not working.

    That's right Sonya,

    If the selected field is date only field, then it automatically shows time part which will be the time section of your negotiation date.

    Could you please check and share the screenshots?

    I just found out it's my mistake to have input a full-width colon 17:00, which is why it's not working. Sorry for that. And thank you again for such a wonderful improvement. Everything is perfect now.
