Add the supported Table of Contents tag '[TOC]' to the demo README.md

BitBucket markdown also support a [TOC] "tag" but it's not mentioned in the README.md. The tag can be placed "anywhere" in the document. You could replace the hand-built "On this page:" table of contents with [TOC].
