Set parameters from the command line

Issue #34 new
Matthew Macdonald-Wallace created an issue

Hi all,

I just got a Clevo via Scan.co.uk and the firmware is working really well since following the instructions on #19 and patching the code for my keyboard.

I'd love to be able to set the colours from the command line, but I can't find a way to do it that is documented.

Ideally, I want to be able to change the colour of the keyboard and whether it is flashing or not in reaction to issues in our monitoring system - I'm more than happy to write the integration with out systems, all I'm asking for is whether it's possible to do something like this:

clevo-xsm-wmi --keyboard-color=red --keyboard-pattern=flashing

The idea being that my script that interacts with the monitoring would set the keyboard colour and flashing depending on criteria, and would set it back to green/solid when the alarms are complete.

Have I missed a document somewhere?

Thanks in advance,

Matt
