No support for clevo PA70ES

Hi, Managed to add needed info in __initdata Testing in progress with keys lights first. I'll create a PR when confident enough with my changes

My tests are rather good. A PR has already been created for this model, but it uses the 'extra' zone, which this model, to my current knowledge, does not have.

I have good hopes to complete my tests and provide amended (if needed) code by next week

The model that I'm using has per-key control (in windows anyway). Do you imagine that we will have the same control in Linux?
