Support for composite foreign keys

MvvmCross Community plugin now supports composite primary keys, but there's currently no way to add foreign keys to entities with composite primary keys.

FYI, I came across an upgraded version of the sqlite-net library in https://github.com/softlion/SQLite.Net-PCL That version supports composite primary keys. It might be of some use, but since they changed the internals of the sqlite-net library it might be hard to port this library over to theirs.
In any case, It might be good food for thought for this addition.
Looking forward to use that enhancement in a Unity project of mine. Cheers!
