It would be super convenient if selecting an individual workflow just exported the one workflow, not all workflows.

Can you explain a bit more how this would be used? Perhaps the export be "export active workflows".

now only export selected workflows. added in PreBeta-MDS_Build-14040_Version-1.8.dmg or later. Please close i fixed.
