Workflow does not run if name contains Chinese characters

Workflow name and description contained characters copied from Google Translate for Chinese (Simplified). Workflow consisted of only installing packages to install browser apps. Workflow saved to volume correctly and displayed correctly in Imagr. But when selecting Run Workflow, Imagr showed confirmation dialog and then did not proceed further after clicking Run.

fixed in 12254 or later. Please test and close this issue if it works as expected.
