Create Bootable Volume: external drive doesn't show up as Target

The Select a Target dropdown doesn't show my external drive.

After reformatting it as HFS+ it does show up.

It should be made clear in the user-interface, the drive should be HFS+ formatted.

Please try with version 1.0.1 or later. The new UI and warning should help.
