Add ability to add applications to workflows. It would be a big convenience when MacDeployStick packed those applications in packages.

    I like that idea. however, currently it is just a folder with packages. Perhaps if the extension is .app, it converts it to a package, and if it is a .pkg, it install is.

    added. If a .app is in the packages folder, it will be packaged up and installed in the applications folder.
