User account full name field has issue with unicode characters

If unicode characters are added to the user account full name field, the account will be created successfully but the special characters will not be correct. For example a character with an umlaut will be shown as two characters in the user account created.

This seems to be a bug with pycreateuserpkg, I got the same problem with no account create with MDS.

Still allows umlaut,tilde, accent, etc characters. Confirmed that misc punctuation does get blocked though.

Hello, i try use MDS 1.9 (19115),

When i set full name as russian text,

after install charset was corrupted.

May be it’s the same bug.

this is an issue with python and unicode. if Big Sur forces a rewrite of imagr, then this will get fixed for free. waiting to see what happens with BS.

rewriting imagr to mds deploy so this issue should go away. holding for now.
