cannot remove user

The - button deletes the user, but if you quit the app and open the workflow back up, the user will be back. At least that’s what I’m seeing when I try to delete the only user so no users are created. I ended up created a new workflow in order to not create the user account.

I added this comment to bug #193 but I didn’t have access to re-open it so I’m creating a new bug.

Was an issue with user migration from single user. Fixed in 15046 or later. Please verify and close if fixed. Thanks!
