Configure Automaton should warn for command too long instead of truncate

When the Command box for Configure Automaton exceeds the length limit, it would be better to show an error when clicking update so the user has to fix the command length instead of MDS truncating the command to fit and the user not knowing what what portion of their command was accepted.
