Ability to easily change the initial key of "command + R" to something else.

On a 2017 Macbook Air running on 10.13, the command + R boots into the internet recovery mode instead of local recovery. On the same model and year but running on 10.14 will boot into local recovery.

If theres a way to easily change the initial key from Command + R to instead “right” key and then “return” key, that would solve my issues as I have the macOS installer on the same USB thumb drive and can boot into the installer.

holding to see if it gets more upvotes. I am considering another app that allows you to do arbitrary keystrokes.

Also, if you have a support contract, and want this feature, let me know.

Getting this same behaviour on a late 2013 imac… Been off the scene for abit, any workarounds for this as yet?
