Restart Munki server when changing preferences

When going to preferences and either enabling or disabling Host Munki using TLS, or when changing the cert or key files, it would be helpful if the Munki server was restarted. Or it could also be ok to just stop the Munki server, uncheck the “Serve Munki” box in the main window, and pop a dialog message stating that the Munki server needs to be restarted manually.

Please verify and close. Fixed in build equal to or later than: 20067 or later. Munki restarts when pref window is closed.
