First Login option causes error when resaving to volume

When a workflow has a package marked as First Login, it saves to volume the first time ok, but if the workflow later has the Active checkbox toggled off and then on, when resaving to volume there will be a message shown stating that the package cannot be found in source. This looks like it’s related to the package file name being appended with “FirstLogin-” when saved to volume.
