Setting a timer for HostName allocation

Adding an option to have a time out where the hostname that is auto populated (if not empty) is automatically selected and used.

This would be similar to the workflow auto run where you can cancel the workflow and then hit enter otherwise it will just run.

I ask this because we are a large institution and I want to press as little buttons as possible!
