Scripts and Packages folder when using Restore from Disk Image not working

I am trying the new method of Erase and Restore from a Disk Image. I build the image using AutoDMG. The image restores perfectly and very quickly, but it does not seem to run anything from the Scripts and Packages Folder. This is critical for some of the stuff I am trying to do.

Can you try in the latest builds? I believe this is resolved.

Everything seems to be working great in Mojave, have not had time to test in Catalina yet
