Preference window buttons do not appear to work

In Preferences, clicking on "Restore Defaults" does not immediately update the Imagr URL shown. If Preferences are closed and then reopened, the default value did get reset, but would be clearer if URL input box was updated right when button is clicked.

Also, the "Clear Resources Cache" button would benefit from displaying an acknowledgement message when clicked to confirm it completed successfully, and perhaps also stating that the user should then click on "File > Check For Resources" again to redownload the necessary resources.
