Disable Munki select folder control when checkbox is unchecked

On the main window near the bottom in the Web section, the controls for “Serve images” and “Serve Munk” currently don’t match when they are not enabled. “Serve images” has the “Select Folder” control disabled when the checkbox is unchecked but “Serve Munki” has “Select Folder” still enabled when its checkbox is unchecked. It may be better to change Munki to also disable “Select Folder” when the checkbox is unchecked.

let’s discuss. The setup is a bit difference between the two in setup but there should be a better way.
