implement munkireport-php

Please add hosting munkireport-php.

With munki, the web server is already there. There’s “just” missing PHP7.x and a MySQL server.

I know, I’m dreaming, but I think, many users would like to see this in MDS, since hosting munkireport-php via Server.app is dead now.

i think i am going to split off the web hosting functionality to a separate app that allows you to manage the app servers in the background.

Nice idea.

So a small app which contains / manages
- a web server (munki and munkiadmin) + PHP
- SQL server
- MicroMDM
- …? more?
